Mr Arthur

Warrant Officer Magane denies having any intent to steal the drugs or act improperly, stating he left his RICA-registered cellphone with Mr Arthur and that Omnia Park has cameras everywhere making it impossible to steal unnoticed.

“Commissioners, with all fairness, I do not agree... If I had an intention of doing the wrong thing, I would not have left my cellphone with Mr Arthur. My cellphone that is RICA on my name. Omnia Park is a modern industrial area which I think it has cameras all over. And so, I would not be so dumb to go steal in front of everybody ... My identity was not concealed... I was going to be easily traced.”
