Sergeant Nkosi agrees that the photograph shows SAPS internal data and acknowledges he does not know how the informant from Pakistan obtained the picture.
“Yes, I do agree ... Not my informant ... That is the reason I raised it up with him.”
Adv Chaskalson states that the chats between Sergeant Nkosi and the informant from Pakistan were not included in the initial evidence bundle and their relevance only became clear once the photograph evidence was presented.
“This informant chats with Sergeant Nkosi certainly are not in the bundle ... I did not realise they had any relevance whatsoever until this evidence was given.”
