A female Brigadier Russ was on the trip to Europe and received a Louis Vuitton bag which she handed to IDAC upon return to South Africa, not wanting to keep it due to knowledge of possible charges or corrupt relationship involving Mr Kistiah.

“My understanding is that Brigadier Russ was also given a Louis Vuitton bag. But when she returned to South Africa, she handed it in because she said she did not want it because she knew that Inbanathan Kistiah either was going to be charged, or she knew that there was a corrupted relationship.”
