Sergeant Nkosi accepted that sharing details including police officers and LCRC member who visited the scene potentially exposed them to risk of corruption or undue influence.

“Do you accept that by mentioning the police officers, the detectives on stand by, but maybe more importantly, the LCRC member that you mentioned there who visited the scene, that in fact you were potentially exposing them to whoever you are distributing this stuff to, this note to? ... you were potentially opening them up to exposure to those kinds of people who may want to corrupt them, who may want to direct them or influence them what to do? Do you accept that potential risk?”
