Cannabis plant material

The Protocol states that all illicit drugs, except visually identifiable cannabis plant material, must be submitted to the Chemistry section of the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) for forensic analysis.

“The member from the investigating unit must ensure that all illicit drugs, with the exception of Cannabis plant material, which is visually identifiable, are submitted to the Chemistry section of the Forensic Science Laboratory, FSL”
