Radovan Krejcir

Mr. O'Sullivan sent an email to Radovan Krejcir's lawyers demanding R50,000,000 and stating he can now prove Colonel Steyn supplied Krejcir with his cellular phone records, putting Mr. O'Sullivan's life at risk, implying corrupt dealings between Krejcir and Steyn.

“I am demanding R 50000000 rand ... I can now prove that Steyn supplied Krejcir with my cellular phone records, thereby further putting my life at risk ... I talk about Radovan Krejcir having corrupted Steyn”

Mr. O'Sullivan admitted he never provided General Sibiya or General Dramat with evidence to prove Colonel Steyn supplied Krejcir with his cellular phone records; he was bluffing Radovan Krejcir's lawyers to make them believe he had evidence.

“No, Commissioner, I did not ... I am bluffing Radovan Krejcir's lawyers ... I want them to think I have got the evidence, but the reality is I did not have the evidence.”

O'Sullivan was unlawfully arrested and detained for over two years for using his Irish passport, a precaution he took due to threats on his life from Radovan Krejcir and his corrupt connections within the police.

“I was unlawfully arrested and detained over two years later for using my Irish passport ... at the time Radovan Krejcir was not in jail, but he had cops on his payroll ... they were waiting for me to come back into South Africa so they could arrange for me to be murdered .”
