Mr Mbalowa

Mr Mbalowa was originally a TRT member guarding Chief Perumal, later became an investigator and currently works under Chief Perumal.

Mr Raphesu presumes the investigation started on the day he was informed that Mr Mbalowa was the investigating officer.
