Captain Paul Stemmet

Mr Agliotti made his immoral living by importing and exporting narcotics and counterfeit cigarettes, often moving drugs and/or counterfeit cigarettes with a police escort arranged by Captain Paul Stemmet, who was not a real police officer but appointed by Commissioner Selebi at Mr Agliotti's request.
