From 1996 to 1999, Sebola worked in Capricorn Area Finance at Polokwane and was promoted to Warrant Officer in 1999, posted to Crime Prevention at Polokwane Police Station.
“Then in 1996, I got transferred and worked at Capricorn Area Finance at Polokwane until 1999, when I got my promotion to the rank of a Warrant Officer, and posted to Crime Prevention, Polokwane Police Station.”
In 2002, Sebola was recruited to the Detectives section in Polokwane Station and started tracing wanted suspects focusing on triocrimes including house breakings and carjackings.
“In 2002, I was recruited to the Detective section of the station in Polokwane, but started doing tracing of wanted suspects, or the so-called red dockets and I did not take long, and I was asked to investigate, and investigated what was then called triocrimes.”
