Lolly Jackson

Alekos Panayi, bank manager for Cypress Bank in South Africa, was involved in money laundering between Radovan Krejčer and Lolly Jackson, which led to the murder of Lolly Jackson.

“Alekos Panayi , who was the bank manager for Cypress Bank in South Africa , who was doing money laundering between Radovan Krejčer and Lolly Jackson . And that is what led to the murder of Lolly Jackson”

Radovan Krejčer presented a fake document indicating he had transferred money into Cypress Bank, but he did not transfer any money; Lolly Jackson handed over a duffel bag full of cash with no corresponding bank transfer, causing animosity that led to the murder of Lolly Jackson.

“the final transfer they did , Radovan Krejčer presented a fake document indicating that he had transferred money into the Bank of Cypress , when in fact he had not transferred any money at all . And Lolly Jackson then handed over a duffel bag full of rand s and cash , and there was no concomitant transfer into his bank in Cypress . So that caused the animosity between them , which ultimately led to the murder of Lolly Jackson .”

Krejčer murdered Lolly Jackson with multiple gunshots, and General Mabasa was involved later at the crime scene as part of a conspiracy to cover up the murder committed in the presence of George Luca aka George Smith.

“General Mabasa was later at that crime scene as part of a conspiracy to cover the fact that Mr Krejčer himself had murdered Jackson in the presence of Mr George Luca aka George Smith.”

Krejčer shot Lolly Jackson multiple times after lunging for a forged Swift transfer held by Jackson, then kicked Jackson in the chest and verbally abused him before shooting many more times.

“Krejčer lunged forward to grab the Swift transfer from Jackson, who held it out of reach. At this point, Krejčer pulled out a firearm and shot Jackson once. Jackson fell ... Krejčer crossed the floor towards him standing over him and kicked him in the side of his chest and said the following words to him: “You want to know who I am? I will show you who I am, you effing cockroach.” Krejčer then proceeded to fire many shots into Jackson.”

After murdering Lolly Jackson, Krejčer forced a witness to call General Mabasa and report the murder, revealing that Krejčer and Cyril were present at the murder scene.

“I got back into the car and drove away ... calling General Mabasa from my phone, telling him ... that Krejčer killed Jackson, and to ask for his help. He asked me who was present at the time of Jackson's murder and I told him that Krejčer and Cyril were there.”

General Mabasa was aware of and involved in attempts to manage a dispute between Radovan Krejčer and Lolly Jackson, including facilitating a meeting.

“Mabasa knew of the problems between Krejčer and Jackson having already been approached by Jackson to intervene and assist in facilitating a meeting with Krejčer.”

General Mabasa was reported by the media to have said that George Smith phoned him to confess to murdering Lolly Jackson, but this was not in Smith's statement and Smith was likely unaware of it as he was leaving the country.

“it was published in the media that General Mabasa had said that George Smith had phoned him to confess to murdering Lolly Jackson”

The Smith affidavit is a standard patent section 104 affidavit related to police matters and is one of five affidavits made by Smith about different issues including the murder of Lolly Jackson.
