Unnamed person with allegations

General Shibiri admitted to borrowing money from a person who had allegations against him but stated he had a long relationship with that person without knowing about the allegations at the time, and insisted he repaid the loan.

“The only thing where it has been pointed now and then is that I borrowed money from a person who had an allegation or a cloud hanging around his head ... I had a long relationship with him without knowing or without him having such or whatever ... it is a loan which I paid.”
