Dr Dintwe

The primary purpose of General Khan raising issues in the messages was to trick the then Inspector General of Intelligence, Dr Dintwe, into lying so he could be removed from his position which exercised oversight over General Khan.

In June 2021, General Khan and Mr Sayed conspired to orchestrate the removal of Dr Dintwe, then Inspector General of Intelligence.

Mr Malema denies being implicated by paragraph 55 of the affidavit concerning the Carnilinx relationship with the EFF and denies conspiring to orchestrate the removal of Dr Dintwe.

Mr Malema, General Khan, and Mr Sayed seemingly conspired to orchestrate the removal of the then Inspector General of Intelligence, Dr Dintwe, in June 2021.

Mr Malema denies conspiring to orchestrate the removal of Dr Dintwe and states he regularly receives information related to his parliamentary work from various sources, hence the paragraph is not an invitation to him.
