A team was arranged to conduct an armed escort to the exhibits at Port Shepstone, and the crime scene was handed over to Warrant Officer Mpangase, the investigating officer.

“He further arranged a team to conduct the armed escort to the exhibits to Port Shepstone. I briefed Mpangase on the instructions from the Brigadier. After a while, we were met by members of our National Priority Violent Crime Section as well as the tracking team comprising Public Order Policing members. I handed the scene over to Warrant Officer Mpangase who was the investigating officer of the matter.”
