MR O'Sullivan has personal knowledge of the facts about these relationships and the murder of Brett Kebble, having met a source the morning after Kebble's murder who gave him information about the gun used.

Mr Clinton Nassif bribed Commissioner Selebi to expedite firearm licenses for a security company, and later supplied the same firearm used to murder Brett Kebble in September 2005.

“Mr Nassif also bribed Commissioner Selebi so that he could expedite the issue of firearm licenses for a security company. Mr Nassif later supplied the same firearm that was used to murder Mr Brett Kebble in September 2005”

Commissioner Selebi interfered in the investigation of Brett Kebble's murder by allowing Kebble's Mercedes to be removed from Norwood Police Station by a brother-in-law of one of the murderers to a car body workshop, where forensic evidence was cleaned.
