Mr Swart

Sergeant Nkosi denies that Mr Mthakathi sent suspects responsible for the murder of Mr Swart to him to be checked.

“Did he ask you to confirm whether there were people that morning who killed Mr Swart and who were arrested were in fact sent by Mr Mthakathi? No.”

Sergeant Nkosi has looked at the CCTV footage of the murder taken from inside the premises where Mr Swart was trying to drive at the point he was murdered.

“Yes .”
