Chief Finance Officer of Crime Intelligence

A police official was charged and arrested after retrieving a laptop and firearm stolen by a lady who made off with them after the official fell asleep following drinks at a premises.

“He got the police officials at the rank of Colonel to go and get his laptop and firearm back, which they did. He is charged for that. He was arrested for it and charged.”

The Chief Finance Officer of Crime Intelligence opened a docket at a police station, then had papers removed and replaced with fake papers by arranging for two Colonels to get hold of the investigating officer.

“So he got those two Colonels to go to the police station and get hold of the investigating officer on the case that he had opened and removed the papers from that docket and replaced them with fake papers.”
