Colonel Sebolano

All arrests at the scene were made by Colonel Sebolano, who was then a Captain; Major General Khan did not arrest anyone but gave instructions aloud possibly to members of Organized Crime in Germiston and Johannesburg who took over the scene and effected arrests and collected exhibits.

“That the arrests were all made by Colonel Sebolano, who was then a Captain. So Major General Khan did not arrest anyone but he gave instructions. He was speaking aloud. I do not know to whom specifically he was instructing, maybe those members of Organized Crime in Germiston and Johannesburg. They took over the scene and they effected the arrests. They collected the exhibits. So they took over the scene and conducted all those things that you accuse General Khan of having done.”
