Mr Mnisi forwarded a message to Sergeant Nkosi from the Deputy Executive Mayor Eugene Modise warning about people trying to influence the tender process related to Action SA and EFF.

I shared with Sergeant Nkosi ... that this process ... people are so brazen ... trying to lure the Deputy Executive Mayor to interfere in procurement processes”
