There is an international operation called Operation Black Bag run by the United Nations to document travel bags suspected to carry narcotics, and Warrant Officer Sander has done recoveries of such bags before.

“there is an international operation called Operation Black Bag. It is a project run by the United Nations. It is exactly that. They document these bags, these travel bags. And I have done a few recoveries of these bags like this.”

Sebola completed drug related training including a drug identification workshop and a cyber element of crime investigation course offered by the United Nations on drug and justice system.

“When I started investigating drug docket, the first thing I was taken through was the drug identification workshop. I have also undergone a course which was offered by the United Nations on, it was a cyber element of crime investigation, cyber element. It was offered by the United Nations on drug and justice system, if I remember well.”
