Sergeant Nkosi stated that Mr Sibande is not a member of the EFF but he saved Mr Zenzi as an EFF spokesperson in his chats, although he admitted this was wrong.

“Does Mr Sibande hold a position in the EFF ? ... No , no , no , he does not . ... He is always with the EFF. I can say he is a member of the EFF . ...
