Sergeant Nkosi found a driver's license in the jetski that had been left by Mr Matlala.
“On my arrival, that is at Mr Matlala's farm, I was found by him at the gate. Then I took the jetski away. But later on that week, he phoned me telling me he is looking for the card and driver's license that he left in the dash of the jetski.”
Sergeant Nkosi admits he did not previously mention the driver's license found in the jetski because he did not think it was important or it may have been an error, focusing instead on the Luxor card.
“I did not mention it because I never thought it was important or maybe it was an error because now the main thing was Luxor card, but not that I did not mention the driver's license because it was not there.”
