Witness I denied having learned from Sergeant Phakulatha that there was a discrepancy in the quantities of exhibits collected at the scene, which was later disproved by evidence presented to the Commission showing the actual bricks were more than initially recorded by 15 blocks.

“You indicate that you learned from Sergeant Phakulatha that the quantities of exhibits collected from the scene were different and instead the block of bricks were less by a hundred. Evidence has been presented to this Commission that that is untrue. And in fact, what happened was that there were more bricks that ultimately were reported to FSL than what was recorded on the scene and the difference was 15 blocks.”
