Mr Du Plessis, Mr Nku's attorney, was present on Friday but chose not to participate in the consultation. There is an agreement that Mr Du Plessis is not needed today, though no formal withdrawal has been made.

Mr Nku says there was a mutual agreement with his attorney Mr Du Plessis that the attorney is not needed today.
