Warrant Officer Sander received a phone call instructing him to book out exhibits the next day for analysis, but he was not told by the police station; it was from senior management.

“I received a phone call... I cannot tell you who called me, but it would not have been the station... It would have been from my management, someone senior. The station said their drugs need to go to the lab, people are sick. And I went there myself.”
