MR MNISI never received the chats between Sergeant Nkosi and DCD Iamini and denies having seen the documents referred to in the chats; he only responded to questions posed by the Commission.

“This was never sent to me, by the way. So I do not have these chats... I have never seen them... I am only responding now because the Commission is posing questions to me.”
