Sergeant Nkosi was interested in getting his brother's money back and was phoning every day looking for that money.

Sergeant Nkosi states that his brother's statement annexure says he gave him cash to pay for the purchase.
“But in my brother 's statement , Annexure B , page 7 , it states that he gave me cash .”
Sergeant Nkosi affidavit states the money was accumulated from the sale of a truck his brother sold and intended to purchase another truck for his company, but does not say he was given physical cash to store.
“You simply say : “ I aver further that the averred money was accumulated from the truck my brother sold , and that he was intending to purchase another truck for his company. ””
Sergeant Nkosi confirms the truck was still with his brother when he deposed to the affidavit.
“It was still with my brother , if I am not mistaken .”
